• Activity Logs: IP connection footprints strictly to secure the platform against scraping, credential-stuffing, or unauthorized API crawling attempts.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is exclusively utilized to maintain the functional scope of your Stocks Maker account. Specifically:

• Assessing and authenticating database-level JSON permissions to unlock market scanners (Tadawul, US, Crypto).
• Tracking subscription horizons (`subscription_expiry`) for chronological cron-job enforcement.
• Sending critical transactional warnings (password resets, expiry warnings, or alert triggers).

We do not sell, rent, or lease your contact information to third-party marketing entities.

3. Security Measures

We deploy standard security pipelines (JWT Token authentication spanning HTTP headers, encrypted database environments) to protect your access states from exfiltration.

4. Intellectual Property Monitoring

To explicitly guard our algorithms, we retain the right to actively monitor platform traffic patterns to ensure adherence to our anti-redistribution (IP Protection) limits as outlined in the Terms of Service.
