Terms of Service & Risk Disclaimer

Last Updated: March 2026

1. Financial Disclaimer & Educational Purpose

"Stocks Maker" is purely a technical analysis software tool. It is NOT a financial advisory service.

All algorithmic outputs, including but not limited to "Strong Buy," "Sell," "Hold," or "Matrix Scan" scoring signals, are generated programmatically based on historical market data and technical indicators. These outputs are strictly for educational and informational purposes only.

No content on this platform constitutes a recommendation that any particular security, portfolio of securities, transaction, or investment strategy is suitable for any specific person.

2. Liability Shield and Indemnification

Trading involves profound financial risk. You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for your own investment research and financial decisions.

Under no circumstances shall Dr. Fahad Albakami, the administration of Stocks Maker, its developers, or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to: loss of capital, loss of profits, or trading losses) arising out of the use of, or inability to use, the platform's alerts, algorithmic target prices, stop losses, or data.

By registering or using the platform, you fully indemnify and hold harmless the owners from any financial harm occurring directly or indirectly from your interaction with the provided data.

3. Intellectual Property and Anti-Redistribution

The Matrix Scan scoring system, the composite algorithms, the screener output, and all proprietary visual dashboards on "Stocks Maker" are the exclusive intellectual property of the platform.

4. Subscriptions, Payments, and Billing

All subscription payments are processed securely via our gateway (Paymob). We do not store your raw credit card data.

Subscriptions will automatically bill based on your selected cycle (e.g., monthly). You may cancel your subscription at any time; however, all payments previously rendered are generally non-refundable unless specified otherwise in our subsequent Refund Policy mappings.

If your account expires, access to the platform's features (such as the radar, screener, and intraday scanning) will be immediately restricted by automated backend security protocols.
